Thank you very much, Prof Alessandro Corsini.

We talk also on behalf of many other people who have been helped during the course of the academic year which is about to end in Italy.
We wish to thank Prof Alessandro Corsini and all the students of the ‘Istituto Professionale Statale “Luigi Galvani” - Sezione Ottici – Reggio Emilia – Italia’, for the good job of providing us with spectacles free of charge.

For many of us it would have been impossible to buy them because our eye-sight is very poor, the lenses needed very powerful and therefore very expensive. None of the people who received your spectacles complained of any problem, because the lenses were always professionally made and perfect for the defect of each of the patients.
We are very grateful to the person who started the project and who has made it go on for many years, in spite of many difficulties: we mean Professor Alessandro Corsini who has been an example of dedication and generosity for all of us.
We want to thank very much also Dr Joseph Murithi from Embu, who has been the coordinator of the project from Kenya and has involved clients not only from Chaaria but also from many other facilities where he works.
Dear Professor and dear students, be sure that you have done something great for many of us: our performance in school can now improve, because before we were not even able to see what the teacher was writing on the blackboard, while now we can read from very far.
May God bless you.
We wish you nice holidays: here we continue with our classes up to August when we will have a month holiday too.
Be assured of our grateful prayers,

Glory and friends
