Chaaria international

Today we have the joy to welcome Armando and Emy from the University of Geneva in Switzerland. Armando, an Italian national from Turin, is a gynecologist in his final year of specialization; while Emy, an English national from Oxford, is a midwife working in the same Swiss University Hospital.
It is the second time for Armando to come, and the fact that now he has convinced somebody else to escort him in Chaaria, makes us hope that the relationship with the University of Geneva may grow even more.
Together with them today we also welcome Mimmo and Valeria from the Salaam Heart Centre (Emergency) of Khartoum (Sudan): the Emergency team will be here only two days for the screening of the heart patients possibly due for operation. After Chaaria they will do the same job in Oldonyiro.
It is very interesting for us to be in touch with people of different nationalities and working in many parts of the world. It opens our visions and broadens our minds.
The internationalization of our hospital is a dream that slowly is becoming reality.
