The wonderful news of today is that Cottolengo Mission Hospital, Chaaria, has a website.
The website is in English and contains useful information for our patients and for whoever wishes to know something about our mission, our mission and our history in Chaaria.
The idea of having a website has been encouraged for long time by the Ministry of Health and by the Diocese of Meru.
Today finally we are able to launch our website officially: it is still at the beginning and working on it is still in progress: therefore the information so far is a bit limited, but we will try to enrich it and to keep it updated.
We wish to thank the people who have made the dream become possible:
1) First of all, we are grateful to Bro Giancarlo Chiesa, hospital administrator, who had the idea in the first place and has followed the long endeavor of preparing the website.
2) Then we express our heartfelt gratitude to our Superior General Bro Giuseppe Visconti who has supported the project.
3) We thank very much the volunteer Radek Zdonczyk from Warsaw, who has done all the technical work of preparation of the website, starting it here in Chaaria and finishing it in Poland.
4) Thank you very much to Bro Luca Bianchini for the technical support from Italy: it is Bro Luca who has made it possible for our website to be online on the server of the Mother House in Italy.
We hope the website will help many people to know about us and also to be aware of the time in which we have consultants from abroad and we can offer some special medical treatment.
Finally we thank God for guiding us and helping us in the realization of the hospital website.
